Mike Merrill

Mike is one of the original co-founders of WorkMax, bringing a unique blend of business development and leadership skills to the team. He studied Business and Construction Management at Utah Valley University before becoming a General Building and Trades Contractor and eventually co-founding AboutTime Technologies. He provides strong leadership skills, construction expertise and industry knowledge.

In addition, he is the host of The Mobile Workforce Podcast where he interviews industry experts to learn how they effectively manage their workforce and run their businesses more efficiently. Mike loves to meet and interact with new people and is passionately involved in construction industry organizations like the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and the Association of General Contractors (AGC).

As a lifelong learner, Mike is always in pursuit of greater knowledge and understanding of the latest technologies, business practices, finance developments, and entrepreneurship trends. Mike is also fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai. When he isn’t working, Mike loves spending time and traveling with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is also an athletic outdoorsman who enjoys bow hunting, archery, trail running, hiking and camping.
