Creating a consistent appearance between your company stationary,
purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, etc., has never been
easier. The FOUNDATION PO/SubGenie provides an easy way to
create customized purchase orders and subcontracts for printing,
while the InvoiceGenie and T/M BillingGenie offer the same
easy method of creating standard, percent-complete or time-and-material
receivable invoices.
You can create an unlimited number of designs, each including
a custom heading, summary, and free-form or a line-item detail
body section. Using an intuitive click-and-drag interface,
you simply place fields on the page where you want the information
to print. Want your company logo to appear? Just drag-and-drop
the graphic onto the page. The FormGenies support full color
graphics, including logos, boxes and lines, and offers complete
text control. Users can select any Windows-recognized font
and format the size, attributes such as bold and italic, color,
etc.
