The Job:
Looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? A Support
Representative's responsibilities include providing help-desk support
to our client base and on-site training or modem training to new
clients. As individual grows in the position, there will be additional
opportunities to work on special projects such as participating
in research for higher level client problems, authoring workbooks
for our Foundation College program, providing consulting services
to existing clients, and assisting with internal training of new
support personnel. Foundation provides complete training on our
construction accounting software system.
Full and part-time opportunities are available with typical business
hours flexible between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Limited overnight
travel may be required. Opportunities for advancement into sales,
programming, or management are possible for an exceptional individual.
The Requirements:
- 2 or 4 year Accounting Degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Computer literate
