Field Trainer/Consultant at Foundation Software

The Job:
As a trainer/consultant, you will provide high-level education
on accounting, business practices and our construction-specific
accounting software to our construction clients across the U.S.
You will provide face-to-face training for clients in our offices
and theirs, assist in developing group training materials and presenting
related classes, and host online webinars. In addition, you will
be involved with selling your consulting services and training
using an existing pipeline.
The Requirements:
The ideal candidates will have either a two or four year accounting
degree, accounting knowledge and/or equivalent work experience.
They will have experience in the field of corporate training or
curriculum development and be comfortable with speaking in front
of individuals and groups of all sizes. The candidate must have
excellent problem-solving and math skills as well as the ability
to learn new software products quickly and thoroughly. A “can-do” attitude
and a passion for quality service are essential. Experience training
or working in the construction accounting industry is preferred.
